Todos conocemos lo sucedido en México el 2 de octubre del 68 (la noche de tlatelolco), o cuando menos tenemos una buena idea, sin embargo no todos sabemos que sucedió en San Salvador Atenco el 4 de mayo del 2006 y es que si analizamos algunos puntos puede que no estén tan alejados el uno del otro.
Nunca olvidaremos el 2 de octubre, día en el que México se mancho de sangre de jóvenes estudiantes que solo luchaban por sus ideales, nunca olvidaremos esas madres que recuerdan año con año a sus hijos desaparecidos y más importante que todo nunca podremos borrar las cicatrices de esa masacre.
El daño esta hecho, ¿a quién culpar?, ¿a quién meter a la cárcel?, lamentablemente fue hace ya mucho tiempo de esto y no queda más que hacer que aprender de este error, de esta barbarie de la que fue víctima todo el pueblo mexicano, pero… ¿En realidad hemos aprendido algo?
El 4 de mayo del 2006 en San Salvador Atenco, municipio del Estado de México se llevo a cabo al amanecer un operativo policiaco para replegar a los activistas de dicho municipio los cuales tenían detenidos a 12 policías y no permitían el paso en la carretera Texcoco-Lechería, mientras se luchaba en las calles con bombas molotov, gases lacrimógenos, y otras armas, se reunieron cerca de 3000 elementos de la fuerza pública para contrarrestar la débil resistencia atenquense. Alrededor de las 7:30 a.m. se estaban llevando a cabo los últimos arrestos. Sin embargo aquí no termina toda la historia. Una vez que la fuerza pública se había adueñado de la plaza, los policías allanaron decenas de hogares realizando actos de abuso de poder ya que no contaban con órdenes de cateo y además propinaron una serie de abusos a mujeres y hombres por igual, llegando a violaciones, arrestos sin justificación, golpes, etc.
Por desgracia medios como TvAzteca y Televisa no mostraron estos hechos, lo cual nos hace dudar de su calidad como noticieros, y más importante que todo de su compromiso con el pueblo.
A lo que quiero llegar con esta reflexión es que los medios no han cambiado desde los días de Tlatelolco, se sigue diciendo lo que quiere y como quiere el Gobierno, ¿Es acaso que no nos sirve de nada nuestro pasado? ¿Acaso el gobierno va a seguir reprimiendo a la gente abusando de su poder?, yo no critico que desalojen a los activistas, ¿pero qué culpa tenía la gente de alrededor?, necesitamos aprender más de nuestro pasado y no sólo recordarlo en los días conmemorativos, el pasado y la historia son para aprender y para no olvidarnos de donde venimos.
